All reservations must be guaranteed by giving customer
credit card details.

If the reservation is cancelled/amended 3 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then no fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before check in date, we will charge you no-show fee ( 1 room night price for each room booked ).

Only the on-line reservations (the reservations that are made via the Hotel Management directly) may be cancelled by the hotel. If you have made your booking through a third party website, please contact that website in order to cancel your booking.
